WATER  WATER  WATER!  Our Body's are 70% WATER. How important is it for us to Drink WATER....VERY IMPORTANT.  Most of us WALK around in a STATE OF DEHYDRATION  and  DON'T realize It. EVERY PART of  OUR BODIES Need WATER,  so BASIC and SO TRUE. THE message...DRINK MORE WATER.
