Healthcare is a Challenge!
Everything about Healthcare is a Challenge! I'm speaking from the stand point of being a Healthcare Worker. Healthcare Workers are Challenged Each and everyday. Healthcare workers are put in Challenging positions every time they go to work. HCW's not only have to be Challenged by the Patients from all different backgrounds...different ages...different illnesses...also all different mental illnesses. ...but HCW's have to be Challenged by their concerned Family members. The Next time you as a concerned Family member are visiting your relative in a Facility.....Give a Little Concern to the Challenged Healthcare Worker.
